What do I need to establish service?

    To activate service, you only need a high-speed Internet connection one of the following:  

an Android device such as a smartphone or Android box, Fire TV, Fire TV Stick

How do I activate my device? (e.g. Android device, etc.)

 Activation is quick and easy. Upon payment, we will email instructions so that you’re up and running in no time. 

How do I renew my subscription?

 The renewal process is simple. We will email instructions upon sign up. 

Does your service include local channels?

 Not usually. Our service provides hundreds of channels but you may still need to invest a TV tuner box to view channels local to your area. Included are local channels for cities that may or may not fall in your time zone. 

What is your refund policy?


 There are absolutely NO REFUNDS; all sales are final. There are absolutely NO TRANSFERS. 

What is your cancellation policy?

 You may cancel at any time without penalty. You are not prorated for unused days in a month. Live TV Streaming is done without any contracts. We will frequently send a email to you to see if you want to keep your service.

How reliable is your service?

 There’s nothing more important to us than superior up time and  reliability. Like any other service, there may be intermittent issues  with one or more channels, but overall we are committed to providing  continuous service. If you experience any issues, be sure to reach out  to us. 

Is this streaming service legal?

 Absolutely. Many people misunderstand the fundamental difference between streaming and downloading.  While streaming allows you to watch live and prerecorded content  on-demand, it never downloads the content in its entirety, which is  illegal if it doesn’t belong to you. It is similar to music streaming,  except you are viewing and listening to video streams instead of audio.  Downloading on the other hand is illegal unless you purchase the  content. Our service is not designed to download, only stream. 

Can I use one subscription on multiple devices?

 No. Each subscription is tied to a single device. If you would like to  enable multiple devices, you will need to purchase multiple  subscriptions.
